Mouse TGF beta 2 ELISA Kit

An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Antibodies.com designed for the quantitative detection of mouse TGF beta 2 by sandwich immunoassay. The microtiter plate is pre-coated with an anti-TGF beta 2 antibody, and an HRP-conjugated anti-TGF beta 2 antibody is used to complete the sandwich. The reported assay range is 10-800 pg/ml, signal is developed with a TMB substrate solution, and the colour change is read spectrophotometrically at 450nm ± 2nm.

The kit is reactive with mouse samples and is suitable for serum, plasma, urine, cell culture supernatants, and tissue samples. Unopened kits should be stored at 2-8°C for 6 months, and an easy-to-follow protocol is provided.
