Mouse TFF3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this mouse-reactive sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Trefoil Factor 3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. It is specific for Trefoil Factor 3 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Alternative names associated with this target include hITF, hP1.B, Intestinal trefoil factor, ITF, Polypeptide P1.B, TFF3 and TFI.

The 4-hour assay uses a pre-coated microplate platform with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm. The product range is 78.125-5000 pg/mL and the sensitivity is 46.875 pg/mL. Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing, with validated sample dilutions of healthy serum at 1:2-1:5 and urine used undiluted.

Sample recovery has been characterised in serum (average 90%, range 85-98%), EDTA plasma (average 99%, range 93-105%) and heparin plasma (average 97%, range 87-104%). The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual.
