Mouse TATA Box Binding Protein Associated Factor 12 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse TAF12 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an antibody specific for TAF12.

The assay has a sensitivity of 0.059 ng/ml and a range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with detection performed colorimetrically at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The procedure uses a Biotinylated Anti-TAF12 Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a blue product that changes to yellow upon addition of the stop solution; the density of yellow is proportional to the amount of TAF12 captured in each well. The total assay time is approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes.

Components supplied include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilised standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A and Detection Solution B (120 µl each), 30X wash buffer (20 ml), sample dilution buffer (45 ml), TMB substrate (9 ml), stop solution (6 ml), and plate sealers.
