Mouse TARC ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse TARC/CCL17 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 4-hour assay uses a pre-coated microplate and is intended for read-out on a colorimetric microplate reader measuring absorbance at 450 nm.

The stated product range is 31.25–2000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL. The kit is reported to be specific for TARC/CCL17 with no observed cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Validated sample dilutions include healthy serum at 1:2 and healthy plasma at 1:2; serum and plasma samples may affect test results and should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing. Manufacturer recovery data report average values of 95% for serum, 92% for EDTA plasma, and 92% for heparin plasma across n=10 samples per matrix.
