Mouse Synapsin I ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Synapsin I in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate detection read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard curve range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.122 ng/ml, and the typical total assay time is 4 h 30 min. Reported mean recovery values from the manufacturer are 91% for serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Dilution linearity is reported at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.

Supplied components include a lyophilised standard, biotinylated anti-Synapsin I detection antibody, wash buffer (30X), sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, plate sealers and the pre-coated microplate. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated on the vial labels and the kit must not be used past its stated expiration date.
