Mouse Sulfatase 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Sulfatase 2/SULF2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids, available from Antibodies.com within the Assays and Kits category. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-Sulfatase 2/SULF2 antibody and HRP-avidin detection, visualised using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Sensitivity is <0.215 ng/ml with a quantitative range of 0.625–40 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and must not be used past the stated expiration date. Spike-and-recovery in serum (n=5) averaged 91% (range 80–102%), in EDTA plasma 90% (81–100%), and in heparin plasma 84% (80–89%). Dilution linearity assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 was reported across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each).
