Mouse Succinate Dehydrogenase Complex Subunit C ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Succinate Dehydrogenase Complex Subunit C (SDHC) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) onto which an antibody specific for SDHC has been immobilised. Standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-SDHC antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate; the enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, producing a yellow product read at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is <0.071 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. The assay is read on a colorimetric microplate reader, and kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed; the kit must not be used past its expiration date.

Average recovery across five replicates is 91% for serum (range 80-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81-100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%). Linearity has been demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
