Mouse Succinate Dehydrogenase Complex Subunit B ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Succinate Dehydrogenase Complex Subunit B (SDHB) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses an antibody specific for SDHB pre-coated onto a 96-well microtiter plate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, and captured SDHB is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-SDHB Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction produces a yellow product whose absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit has a reported sensitivity of 0.053 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Average sample recovery has been validated at 91% in serum (range 80%–102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%, n=5), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80%–89%, n=5). The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
