Mouse Stem Cell Factor ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com Mouse Stem Cell Factor ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse SCF in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate configured as 12 x 8 well strips and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm following incubation with TMB substrate and acidic stop solution.

The kit has a working standard range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <6.8 pg/ml, and a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

Validation data supplied with the kit report the following value ranges for the indicated sample types: Serum (n=5) 80%-102% (average 91%); EDTA Plasma (n=5) 81%-100% (average 90%); Heparin Plasma (n=5) 80%-89% (average 84%). Dilution linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across the same sample types.
