Mouse Sphingosine 1 Phosphate Receptor 1 ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse S1P1/EDG1 (Sphingosine 1 Phosphate Receptor 1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a 96-well pre-coated microplate, with colorimetric readout at 450 nm and an assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.115 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Recovery performance has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across serial dilutions. The procedure uses a biotinylated anti-S1P1/EDG1 detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate and an acidic stop solution to generate a measurable yellow colour proportional to analyte concentration.

Components include a pre-coated 96-well strip plate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers.
