Mouse Spermine Oxidase ELISA Kit

Detection uses a biotinylated anti-SMOX antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) supports a total assay time of 4h 30m, and the reported assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.122 ng/ml. Recovery performance is reported as: serum (n=5) 80%-102%, average 91%; EDTA plasma (n=5) 81%-100%, average 90%; heparin plasma (n=5) 80%-89%, average 84%.
