Mouse SP-D ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Surfactant Protein D (SP-D) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The protocol uses a pre-coated microplate read with a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm and is completed in 4 hours. The assay is specific for Surfactant Protein D/SP-D with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.

Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing, with validated dilutions of 1:2-1:4 for healthy serum and healthy plasma. The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual.
