Mouse Solute Carrier Family 30, Member 6 ELISA Kit

Intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse ZnT6 (Solute Carrier Family 30, Member 6), this Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit is suitable for tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. Detection is performed on a colorimetric microplate reader, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

The assay has a sensitivity of <0.117 ng/ml and a working range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Reported recovery values are 80–102% (average 91%) for serum (n=5), 81–101% (average 91%) for EDTA plasma (n=5) and 80–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma (n=5). Linearity has been characterised for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.

Components are supplied on a pre-coated microplate and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
