Mouse Sodium/Glucose Cotransporter 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Sodium/Glucose Cotransporter 1 (SGLT1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, together with a biotinylated anti-SGLT1 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is visualised with TMB substrate and read as optical density at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 0.061 ng/ml with a working assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Supplied components include lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers, with storage instructed at +4°C or -20°C depending on the component.
