Mouse Slit Homolog 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse Slit Homolog 3 (Slit3) ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Slit3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and follows a sandwich immunoassay format in which a Slit3-specific capture antibody is immobilised on the plate. Standards and samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-Slit3 Antibody and then an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The reaction is visualised using TMB substrate, stopped with an acidic stop solution, and the optical density is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The reported product range is 31.2-2000 pg/ml and sensitivity is 14.5 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, with the kit not to be used past its expiration date.

Recovery data are provided for serum (range 82%-102%, average 92%, n=5), EDTA plasma (range 91%-98%, average 94%, n=5) and heparin plasma (range 86%-101%, average 93%, n=5), with dilution linearity reported at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in the same matrices. For research use only.
