Mouse Slit Homolog 2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Slit2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate format with colourmetric detection, read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

Reported performance specifications include a sensitivity of less than 34 pg/ml and a working range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml. The total assay time is 4 hours and 30 minutes, and kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Spike-and-recovery testing (n=5) gave average values of 92% for serum (range 82-102%), 94% for EDTA plasma (range 91-98%), and 93% for heparin plasma (range 86-101%). Dilution linearity has been characterised across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 sample dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
