Mouse Serine/Threonine Kinase 11 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) designed by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse LKB1 (Serine/Threonine Kinase 11) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate and a biotinylated anti-LKB1 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a colour change that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 0.051 ng/ml, with a quantitative range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery values stated in the manufacturer datasheet give an average of 91% in serum (range 83–100%, n=5), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 90–103%, n=5) and 95% in heparin plasma (range 89–102%, n=5). Kit components include lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer (30X), sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage temperatures specified per component between +4°C and −20°C.
