Mouse Semaphorin 3E ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Semaphorin 3E in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. Supplied by Antibodies.com, the kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and employs a biotinylated anti-Semaphorin 3E detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a colourmetric readout read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The quantitative range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.122 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Spike-and-recovery across five replicates per matrix gave average recoveries of 91% in serum (range 83-100%), 95% in EDTA plasma (range 91-99%), and 94% in heparin plasma (range 90-99%). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 was: serum 78-102%, 90-100%, 80-104%, 86-97%; EDTA plasma 95-103%, 81-109%, 87-91%, 88-107%; heparin plasma 74-101%, 92-97%, 90-105%, 84-102%. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A (120μl), Detection Solution B (120µl), 30X Wash Buffer (20ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45ml), TMB Substrate (9ml), Stop Solution (6ml), and 5 adhesive plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
