Mouse Selectin, Platelet ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CD62P (Selectin, Platelet) in serum, platelet-poor plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 × 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-CD62P detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate producing a colorimetric signal measured at 450 nm. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

The kit has a product range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.068 ng/ml. In spiked recovery testing, serum samples (n=5) showed a range of 80–102% with an average of 91%, EDTA plasma (n=5) showed 81–100% with an average of 90%, and heparin plasma (n=5) showed 80–89% with an average of 84%. Linearity has been demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each). Components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer concentrate, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
