Mouse Selectin, Leukocyte ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CD62L (also referred to as Selectin, Leukocyte) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-CD62L detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a colour change that is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. The product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of less than 0.227 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.625-40 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery testing (n=5) gave averages of 91% (range 80-102%) in serum, 90% (range 81-100%) in EDTA plasma and 84% (range 80-89%) in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity has been characterised at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in each of those sample types.
