Mouse Selectin, Endothelium ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of mouse Selectin, Endothelium (CD62E) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a biotinylated anti-CD62E detection antibody together with HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate, producing a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The standard curve spans a product range of 0.156-10 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity of <0.051 ng/ml, and the complete assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Reported spike-and-recovery data show average recoveries of 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma, with dilution linearity assessed at sample dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
