Mouse Secondary Lymphoid Tissue Chemokine ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com supplies this sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of mouse CCL21, also known as Secondary Lymphoid Tissue Chemokine, in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is intended for use with mouse samples and is run on a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips.

The kit has a sensitivity of 13.1 pg/ml and a working range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Detection is colorimetric, read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, using a biotinylated anti-CCL21 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate that produces a measurable yellow product after addition of stop solution.

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A (120 µl), Detection Solution B (120 µl), 30X Wash Buffer (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml) and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Reported average recovery is 91% in serum (range 80-102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81-100%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80-89%, n=5).
