Mouse Sclerostin Domain Containing Protein 1 ELISA Kit

The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique using a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-SOSTDC1 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate and an acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
