Mouse S100 Calcium Binding Protein A8 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse MRP8 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The kit targets S100 Calcium Binding Protein A8 and uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with a biotinylated anti-MRP8 detection antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate to produce a colour change that is read at 450 nm.

According to the manufacturer, the assay has a product range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 35 pg/ml. Reported average sample recovery values are 91% in serum, 91% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma. The protocol is intended for use with a colorimetric microplate reader and the full assay can be completed in 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated and the kit must not be used past the stated expiration date.
