Mouse S100 Calcium Binding Protein A6 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse S100 Calcium Binding Protein A6 (also referred to as S100 alpha 6/PRA) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm.

The standard curve covers a product range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, and the reported sensitivity is <0.057 ng/ml. The complete assay time is 4h 30m.

Spike-and-recovery performance (n=5) is reported for serum at 80%-102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma at 81%-101% (average 91%), and heparin plasma at 80%-89% (average 84%). Dilution linearity values for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions are also provided.
