Mouse S100 Calcium Binding Protein A11 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse S100 Calcium Binding Protein A11 (S100A11) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for S100A11, together with a biotinylated anti-S100A11 detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative performance is supported by a product range of 62.5–4000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 27.9 pg/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Validation data report mean recoveries of 91% (range 83–100%) in serum (n=5), 94% (range 90–98%) in EDTA plasma (n=5) and 95% (range 89–102%) in heparin plasma (n=5).
