Mouse Rorc ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com provides a Mouse ROR gamma ELISA Kit built around a 4-hour sandwich ELISA for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse ROR gamma in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. Detection is colorimetric and read at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader, using a pre-coated microplate platform.

The assay quantifies ROR gamma across a range of 46.875–3000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of <28.125 pg/mL and is specific for ROR gamma with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Mean recovery is 92% in serum (range 90%–104%), 93% in EDTA plasma (range 92%–100%), and 97% in heparin plasma (range 93%–102%) at the validated 1:2 dilution; the kit has also been evaluated at 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions across these sample types. Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with the supplied Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing.

The target, ROR gamma, is also known as NR1F3, RORC, RORG, RZRG, Nuclear receptor ROR-gamma, Nuclear receptor RZR-gamma, Nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group F member 3, and RAR-related orphan receptor C. Kit components are shipped at +4°C and stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
