Mouse Ribonuclease T2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Ribonuclease T2 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) bearing an immobilised capture antibody specific for Ribonuclease T2. Standards and samples are added to the wells, after which a biotinylated anti-Ribonuclease T2 detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate are introduced to form the sandwich complex. Signal is visualised using TMB substrate, producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit reports a quantitative assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.125 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
