Mouse Rhodopsin ELISA Kit

Designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Rhodopsin, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is suitable for use with tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay employs an antibody specific for Rhodopsin pre-coated onto a microplate, with detection via a Biotinylated Anti-Rhodopsin Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, visualised using TMB substrate solution. The concentration of Rhodopsin is calculated by reading O.D. absorbance at 450 nm against a standard curve.

The product range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.056 ng/ml, an assay time of 4h 30m, and colorimetric detection read on a microplate reader. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
