Mouse Receptor II For The Fc Region Of Immunoglobulin E ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CD23 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-CD23 detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with signal generated using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Quantitative performance is reported as a standard range of 1.56–100 pg/ml with a sensitivity below 0.66 pg/ml. Recovery has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or –20°C as indicated.
