Mouse Receptor I For The Fc Region Of Immunoglobulin G ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the quantitative determination of mouse CD64 (Receptor I for the Fc Region of Immunoglobulin G) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-CD64 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal generated by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Developed for mouse reactivity, the kit provides an assay range of 0.625–40 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.257 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Supplied components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or −20°C as indicated on individual components.

Spike-and-recovery validation gave averages of 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%), each across n=5 samples. Dilution linearity is reported at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, supporting accurate quantitation across a range of sample concentrations.
