Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative measurement of mouse Receptor Activator Of Nuclear Factor Kappa B Ligand (RANKL) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Performance is characterised by a sensitivity of <1.24 pg/ml and a quantitative range of 3.12-200 pg/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 h 30 m. Standards are prepared as a serial dilution series spanning 200 pg/ml down to 3.13 pg/ml in Sample Dilution Buffer.

The kit supplies Detection Solution A (120 μl), Detection Solution B (120 μl), Wash Buffer 30X (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml), plate sealers and two vials of lyophilized standard, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated and not to be used past expiration.
