Mouse RAB5A, Member RAS Oncogene Family ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com offers a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) configured for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse RAB5A in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a microtiter plate pre-coated with an antibody specific for RAB5A; standards and test samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-RAB5A Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with the resulting colour change read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the kit operates over a product range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.062 ng/ml, and the complete assay can be carried out in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reactivity is restricted to mouse samples, and the kit is supplied on a pre-coated microplate platform of 12 x 8 well strips. Recovery has been assessed in serum (average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (average 94%, n=5) and heparin plasma (average 96%, n=5), with linearity demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions in each matrix.
