Mouse Quiescin Q6 Sulfhydryl Oxidase 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Quiescin Q6 Sulfhydryl Oxidase 1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-target detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The measuring range is 78.1-5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <34 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Spike-and-recovery validation showed, in serum (n=5), a range of 80%-102% with an average of 91%; EDTA plasma (n=5) 81%-100% averaging 90%; and heparin plasma (n=5) 80%-89% averaging 84%. Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions gave ranges of 87-91%, 87-107%, 74-101% and 92-97% in serum; 90-105%, 84-101%, 90-101% and 79-108% in EDTA plasma; and 84-95%, 92-105%, 82-105% and 89-91% in heparin plasma.
