Mouse Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Beta ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse pyruvate dehydrogenase beta (PDHB) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with biotinylated anti-PDHB antibody and HRP-avidin detection, visualised via TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader, and PDHB concentration is calculated against a standard curve.

Sensitivity is <0.043 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed. Reported recovery averages 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%).
