Mouse Protein Kinase, DNA Activated, Catalytic Polypeptide ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse DNA PKcs (Protein Kinase, DNA Activated, Catalytic Polypeptide) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate to capture the target, followed by incubation with a biotinylated anti-DNA PKcs antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Detection is colorimetric, with the reaction catalysed by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm; the resulting yellow product density is proportional to DNA PKcs concentration.

Reactivity is specific to mouse samples, and the kit has been validated for serum, EDTA plasma, heparin plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell lysates and tissue homogenates. Reported sensitivity is 0.105 ng/ml, the assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Average recovery values provided by the manufacturer range from 80% to 102% across serum, 81% to 100% for EDTA plasma, and 80% to 89% for heparin plasma. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only.
