Mouse Protein Kinase C Epsilon ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse PKC epsilon (protein kinase C epsilon) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. An antibody specific for PKC epsilon is pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips); captured analyte is detected with a biotinylated anti-PKC epsilon antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay covers a product range of 0.312-20 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity of 0.116 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

In spiked-sample recovery (n=5), serum ranged from 80-102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81-100% (average 90%) and heparin plasma 80-89% (average 84%). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions (n=5) was 87-107% for serum, 79-108% for EDTA plasma and 82-105% for heparin plasma.
