Mouse Protein Disulfide Isomerase A4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse ERp72 (Protein Disulfide Isomerase A4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for ERp72. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-ERp72 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is <0.112 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m.

Average recovery values across sample matrices are 91% for serum (range 80-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81-100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%). The product is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
