Mouse Protein C ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Protein C in plasma. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-Protein C detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The manufacturer reports a sensitivity of <14.1 pg/ml, an assay range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Average recovery values (n=5 each) are 91% for serum (range 80% - 102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81% - 100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80% - 89%).
