Mouse Procollagen III N-Terminal Propeptide ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Procollagen III N-Terminal Propeptide in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with an immobilised capture antibody. Standards and samples are added, followed by Biotinylated Anti-Procollagen III N-Terminal Propeptide Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate detection. TMB substrate produces a colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with analyte concentration calculated against a standard curve.

The kit has a stated assay range of 125-8000 pg/ml and sensitivity of 46 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Recovery in spiked samples was reported as 80-102% in serum (n=5), 81-101% in EDTA plasma (n=5), and 80-89% in heparin plasma (n=5).
