Mouse Procollagen C Proteinase Enhancer 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Mouse PCOLCE ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse procollagen C proteinase enhancer 1 (PCOLCE) in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The procedure uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate on which PCOLCE from standards and test samples is captured by an immobilised antibody, then detected using a biotinylated anti-PCOLCE antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate. A TMB substrate is added and absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative readout is supported by a sensitivity of <0.18 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.468-30 ng/ml, with concentrations calculated from a standard curve. The total assay time is 4h 30m. Recovery testing in mouse samples (n=5) produced average recoveries of 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma.

The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers.
