Mouse Podocan ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse PODN (Podocan) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The kit employs a pre-coated microplate format, with detection based on a Biotinylated Anti-PODN Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. After addition of TMB substrate and acidic stop solution, absorbance is read at 450nm in a microplate reader and the concentration of PODN is calculated by reference to the standard curve.

The assay delivers a sensitivity of 0.057 ng/ml and a working range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, with a typical run time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Intended for research use only, the kit is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications, and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
