Mouse Pleiotrophin ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse Pleiotrophin (PTN) ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse PTN in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. Reactivity is specified for mouse samples.

The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and follows a standard sandwich immunoassay workflow: standards and samples are bound by an immobilized anti-PTN antibody, detected with a biotinylated anti-PTN antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, then developed with TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The reported assay range is 78.1-5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 24 pg/ml, and total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Supplied components include a lyophilized PTN standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A and Detection Solution B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and adhesive plate sealers.
