Mouse Platelet Derived Growth Factor Receptor Like Protein ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse PDGFRL (Platelet Derived Growth Factor Receptor Like Protein) in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with an antibody specific for PDGFRL immobilised on the wells. Standards and test samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-PDGFRL antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is then used to visualise the reaction, producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of the acidic stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and the PDGFRL concentration is calculated by reference to the standard curve.

Reported performance specifications include a measurable range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml, a sensitivity of less than 30.8 pg/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. The detection endpoint is colorimetric and the assay is quantitative.
