Mouse Phospholipase A2, Group III ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Phospholipase A2, Group III (PLA2G3) in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format, with a biotinylated anti-PLA2G3 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate visualised by TMB substrate, read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Sensitivity is <0.27 ng/ml, the assay range is 0.781–50 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Recovery in serum averages 91% (80%–102%), in EDTA plasma averages 91% (81%–101%), and in heparin plasma averages 84% (80%–89%). Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
