Mouse Phospholipase A2, Group IIA ELISA Kit

An Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Phospholipase A2, Group IIA in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

According to the manufacturer, the assay range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <5.7 pg/ml. Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed and the product should not be used past its expiration date.

Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum (n=5, range 83–100%), 94% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 90–98%) and 94% for Heparin plasma (n=5, range 90–99%). Dilution linearity data are provided across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and Heparin plasma.
