Mouse Phosphoinositide Dependent Protein Kinase 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse PDPK1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate bearing an antibody specific for PDPK1, followed by incubation with a Biotinylated Anti-PDPK1 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is used to visualise the enzymatic reaction, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 0.055 ng/ml with a quantitative range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. The standard protocol runs for approximately 4 hours 30 minutes, and HRP catalysis produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of the acidic stop solution; the density of yellow is proportional to the amount of PDPK1 captured in each well, allowing the concentration to be calculated against the standard curve.

Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only. Reactivity is specified for mouse samples, and the sandwich ELISA format is suited to tissue homogenate and cell lysate workflows.
