Mouse Phosphatidylethanolamine Binding Protein 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse RKIP (Phosphatidylethanolamine Binding Protein 1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm. The protocol combines a biotinylated anti-RKIP detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, producing a blue product that changes to yellow after addition of an acidic stop solution, with absorbance proportional to the RKIP concentration captured in each well.
