Mouse PHD Finger Protein 8 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse PHD Finger Protein 8 (PHF8) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate, with detection via a biotinylated anti-PHF8 antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, TMB substrate and a colorimetric microplate reader read at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is 0.118 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.
