Mouse Persephin ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Persephin (PSPN) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an immobilised antibody specific for PSPN, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-PSPN Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Signal is developed using TMB substrate and read colorimetrically at 450 nm. Sensitivity is <7.4 pg/ml and the standard curve spans 15.6-1000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Recovery has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with average values of 91%, 90% and 84% respectively (n=5), and across sample dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.
